We frequently have openings for both full and part time Direct Care staff at Rusty's Morningstar Ranch.

Our Mission: Rusty's Morningstar Ranch is a residential facility, located in rural central Arizona where autistic adults can learn to live happy and productive lies in a safe and nurturing environment, each according to their own abilities.

A qualified applicant for a Direct Care position will:

* Meet and maintain the minimum training and qualifications for persons working in direct care (acceptable fingerprint history, regular mandatory drug testing, CIT training, Article 9 training, first aid/CPR, and any other specialized training as may be requested by RMR)
* Be trustworthy, flexible, responsible, and accountable
* Demonstrate empathy, understanding and a "heart" for working with the developmentally disabled
* Be a team player
* Have experience (preferred) or be willing to learn
* Be a person of high moral character
